This feature enables the end-users to store the comments at the cell level in Data forms. Open your Data forms then select any valid cell and then click on edit, then click on cell text, which will popup a small window with a text box on POV, write any comment in there and click on submit. Then there will be a small icon that appeared in the corner of the cell; which indicates there is a cell text in the background of the cell. Note:- The cell text and supporting details will be stored at the RDBMS level.
Supporting Details enables the end-user to enter all the supporting calculations before deriving the final budgeting figure. Supporting Details are useful to justify the budget members that we have entered in the past.
It acts as a middle currency when we convert the local currency into reporting currency. For Example:- If your application has INR and GBP as local currencies and USD as the Reporting Currency. If you make GBP as a Triangular Currency for INR then if anybody enters the budget data using INR it will first convert into equivalent GBP and then Reporting Currency(USD)

once data forms are created we need to share this form to the user community by assigning appropriate access.
Note:- to edit data form users must be a role called interactive user in shared services. →click on add →click on close
one you have created the planning application and added the required dimensions and members that you have to create the currency conversion calculation script for multi-currency application.
EX:- choose the method as divided to convert INR into USD Now provide the exchange rates to all months according to your financial analyst inputs.
Then click on administration, click on the dimension, select scenario dimension then select scenario member, and click on edit there you see the exchange rate table. BY default it is none. Click on the dropdown list then it will display the exchange rate table that is just you have been created. select that, click on save. perform a planning refresh.
