How to put Message on to Queue in WebSphere MQ
Right click on queue and choose “Put Test Message” option. 
Type your message in Message data text box and click on “Put message” command button. You can put as many message you want. In GUI messages can pass one at time, where as by using other tools like RFHUTIL can pass bulk messages at a time.
