Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Integration Services (SSIS) is the tool set used to help you implement data integration process applications among your business application system’s files and databases.The primary purpose of SSIS is to move data from one or multiple sources into a destination, cleansing and massaging data while it is in transit.
SSIS enables database administrators and application developers to design, implement, and manage complex, high-performance ETL applications.
